How to Prepare Aditi Chai at Point of Service
Aditi Chai is distinctive from other “chai” in that we use a complete ingredient set used in Authentic Masala Tea. This means that our chai contains many natural and flavor enhancing organic compounds. Beverage flavorists know that scent greatly affects flavor. The natural organic compounds in our chai should not be steamed away. We strongly encourage simple heating whenever possible.
Microwave or stovetop are ideal, and if you use a steaming wand, try not to create too much foam. For the most authentic taste, decorate with ground cardamom, not cinnamon.
