• Shake Well

• Blend with equal parts whole milk or alternative, or

• Turmeric Ginger Tea can also be blended with equal parts of warm water and lemon juice to taste

• Heat on stovetop or microwave for piping hot cup, or

• Serve chilled over ice

• Refrigerate after opening and consume within two weeks
